With an intrinsic passion for musical creativity, it’s no wonder that Chad Andrew’s deep, subliminal grooves quickly caught the attention of today’s key influencers. In a short time, his very first vinyl release, “West,” became an essential tune for Desolat Music Group’s own, tINI. Just a few months later, he struck again, releasing the stripped down, deep-technobomb “Gutter”, which gained the support of several major artists like: Yaya, GelAbril, Enzo Siragusa and many others.
In the summer of 2012, Chad made a bold decision to move to the island of Ibiza in order to meet, work with, and gain inspiration from some of the most successful artists in the industry. While in Ibiza, he quickly acquainted himself with some of the island’s finest, resulting in a headlining slot at tINI’s weekly beach party, “tINI & The Gang,” as well as many other popular events around the island. Soaking up the inspiration from the island and weaving it into his productions, Chad managed to make a lasting impression on Dissonant label boss, Marc Antona. It was shortly after his return to The States, that Chad was contacted by Antona to release his first solo EP on the French Label, which reached the #9 spot on Resident Advisor’s Top 50 tracks of January 2013.After a season marked by success in Isla Blanca, Chad Andrew flourished in all its glory.
Chad performed shows in 2013/2014 worldwide. Residing at Florida in winter and in summer returning to Ibiza again. He performed in Sankeys Ibiza outstanding gigs in the popular party from Steve Lawler “Viva Warriors” and once again in Tini & the Gang.
In 2015 he joined the project Hector, Vatos Locos, thanks to him performing in the BPM Festival in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, in the Off Sonar Week of Barcelona or special venues like Underground Ibiza, or Club der Visionaere from Berlin. He currently resides between Ibiza and Berlin, with one foot in Orlando. During the summer of 2015, Chad could be seen in his weekly residency at Sankeys Ibiza and during the winter he joins an adventure with Rewind Muzik.
